When you fill out a form on this website, we receive what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, and message. When you call or email us, we receive your contact details and whatever you include in your message.

Like nearly every website, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver pages, keep the site secure, and block spam.

Cookies and visit statistics

This website is hosted on Squarespace. Squarespace sets a few small cookies: one keeps forms secure, and two count visits so we can see how many people use the site. We do not use advertising trackers or tracking pixels, we do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.

How we use your information

We use what you send only to reply to you, to help you buy, sell, or manage a property, and to keep a record of our conversation.

Who else sees it

Your message travels through the service providers that host this website and deliver our email. They handle it only to provide those services. Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to block spam, so Google receives information about your visit under Google’s privacy policy. Our typefaces load from Adobe Fonts, which receives your IP address and browser details. We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and client records for as long as they are useful for our work together and for our business, tax, and real estate records. Ask us anytime and we will delete what we do not need to keep.

Your choices

You can ask what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (843) 290-3662 or send a message through our contact page, and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Our blog and listings link to other websites. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them.
